Rolls of sea fish stuffed with mussels

We offer to your attention this very simple recipe mini rolls with sea fish stuffed with mussels. The fresh fish is very popular in the southern sea resorts and fish balls offered at almost any coastal restaurant. But nothing will stop to make these mini rolls house, in the pan. They will be very tasty and hot, spiced sauce, as an independent second dish, and in cold it will be a wonderful snack with a glass of light white wine!

So, for cooking 4 servings of tender mini rolls you will need:

Vegetable oil (ideally olive oil) 4-5 tbsp

Any fillet of white sea fish (try the sea language) 4 PCs.

Canned or fresh mussels 50g

One head of onions

One stalk of celery

Butter 1 tbsp

Roasted pine nuts 50 g

White bread or loaf 200 g

Mix herbs or fresh herbs, salt, pepper to taste.

Method of preparation

Celery and onions finely chop, fry in a pan until Golden brown in hot butter 5 min. Then close the lid and stew on low heat for another 5 minutes, add pine nuts.

Mussels coarsely chop and white bread grind in a blender into crumbs. All mix with onion, celery and pine nuts. Daleels for the filling, you should add salt and pepper to taste. You can now start forming balls from the resulting mass should be enough for 8 pieces.

Plate the fish fillets to divide into 2 parts, season with salt and pepper. Wrap the balls in fish fillet, fasten them with toothpicks. Fry in boiling oil for 10 minutes.
